How do I become a VIP Customer?
To become a VIP Customer, you simply set up your favorite FFN products on a recurring monthly Smart Ship order of any amount, and you will receive exclusive VIP Reward

A Smart Ship order is a recurring monthly order of any amount that ships out approximately every 30 days and has the flexibility to be changed or canceled at any time.
Do all Smart Ship orders earn Reward Points?
Yes, all Smart Ship orders of any amount will accumulate VIP Reward Points.
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
You can redeem Reward Points after three consecutive monthly Smart Ship orders.
Reward Points can be redeemed for FFN products when you have enough Points to cover the retail price of the items in your cart (shipping fees apply). To check your available Reward Points, log into your VIP Customer Account (firstfitness.com/login).
How long are my Reward Points valid?
Reward Points will expire 12 months from the date issued.
How does a VIP Customer qualify for Free Shipping?
Free Shipping* applies to two or more Smart Ship Orders of $100 or more.
*If you received Free Shipping on your initial $100 Smart Ship Order and you decide to cancel before the second order, you will be charged a one-time fee of $10 or 8.5% S&H, whichever is greater. This fee will be charged to the payment method provided at your initial enrollment into the Smart Ship Program.
How do I change or cancel my Smart Ship order?
You have the flexibility to change or cancel your Smart Ship order at any time.
Change My Smart Ship
You can change your Smart Ship order at any time, up to 1 day before your process date.
To add/edit products, update the method of payment, select a different date, or update your shipping address, log into your VIP Customer Account (firstfitness.com/login).
You can also pause your Smart Ship order for up to 30 days at a time. However, should you miss three consecutive months of your Smart Ship order, all Reward Points will be forfeited.
Cancel a VIP Smart Ship
If a VIP Customer cancels their Smart Ship Order, all VIP Reward Points will be forfeited. To cancel your Smart Ship, please call Customer Service at 800-621-4348 (Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm CST) or send an email to customerservice@firstfitness.com.
What is the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
Any VIP Customer not completely satisfied with our products, for any reason, can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less a shipping and handling charge of $10 or 8.5%, whichever is greater, no questions asked.
